This may include the URL of the page where the advertisement appears, referral URL, browser type, approximate location (such as country), time zone, and the IP address used to route the request. We use this information solely for ad delivery, fraud detection, security, and aggregated performance reporting. We do not place cookies or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking, and we do not track users across websites or build behavioral profiles. We may use limited technical measures (which may include device storage mechanisms) solely for essential security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

If we combine or connect non-personal, demographic, or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal data.

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you do not provide that data when requested, we might not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). JuicyAds does not engage in behavioral advertising, does not track users across websites, and does not build profiles based on browsing history.

If we have sent you a promotional email, you may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link we have included in the email. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to JuicyAds as part of account management, ad placement services, billing, or other transactions necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations.

Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Retained indefinitely while the account remains active.
  • Unconfirmed accounts: Deleted after 6 months of inactivity.
  • Confirmed but inactive accounts: Retained for up to 3 years of inactivity.
• Technical and Ad Delivery Logs: Retained for a maximum of 365 days to support ad delivery, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, enforce rate limits, diagnose technical issues, and produce aggregated performance reporting.
• Legal Compliance Data: Retained for 7 years to comply with income tax laws, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements, and other legal obligations.

Under some circumstances, we may anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you. Once anonymized, we reserve the right to use this data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice to you or consent.

If no retention period is specified, we use criteria such as the data’s purpose, sensitivity, and applicable legal requirements to determine how long it is retained.

Children’s Online Privacy

We do not direct our Service to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 or as defined by local legal requirements. If we learn we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected or received personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes. Depending on where you live, you may have the legal right to request access to and to correct the personal data that we hold about you. These rights apply only to personal data collected by JuicyAds through our website or account services and do not apply to users who simply view advertisements on publisher websites.

If you are an advertiser or publisher, you can review and change your personal data by logging into the Service and visiting your account profile page.

If you want to review, verify, correct, or withdraw consent to the use of your personal data you may also send us an email at privacy@juicyads.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal data that you have provided to us. We will not accommodate a request to change data if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the data to be incorrect. If permitted by law, we may charge you a fee to access your personal data, however, we will notify you of any fee in advance.

We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and your right to access, and to provide you with the personal data that we hold about you or make your requested changes. Applicable law may allow or require us to refuse to provide you with access to some or all the personal data that we hold about you, or we may have destroyed, erased, or made your personal data anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices. If we cannot provide you with access to your personal data, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.

Withdrawing Your Consent

US State Privacy Rights

To appeal a decision regarding a consumer rights request, please provide a detailed explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect or unsatisfactory and any additional information or evidence that supports your appeal via email to privacy@juicyads.com. On receipt of your appeal, we will acknowledge its receipt within ten business days. The appeal will be reviewed by a senior member of our data protection team who was not involved in the initial decision. We may contact you for further information or clarification if necessary. We will provide a written response to your appeal within 30 days of receipt. If additional time is required to review your appeal, we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it. If your appeal is upheld, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue and inform you of the actions taken. If your appeal is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the denial and inform you of any further options available, such as contacting the relevant state authorities or data protection agencies.

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to process your request to opt out from certain types of data processing, including data “sales” as defined under certain laws. When we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales.
