Introduction
Tiger Media Inc. d/b/a JuicyAds (“JuicyAds” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it by complying with this policy.
This policy describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing personal data that we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website or other JuicyAds-controlled digital properties, communications, or forms that link or refer to this policy (our “Service”). This policy applies only to personal data collected through our Service, regardless of the country where you are located.
We will only use your personal data in accordance with this policy unless otherwise required by law. We take steps to ensure that the personal data that we collect about you is adequate, relevant, not excessive, and used for limited purposes. We will not collect more personal data than is necessary for the purposes described in this policy and will not process personal data for purposes incompatible with those originally disclosed.
Privacy laws generally define “personal data” or “personal information” as any information about an identifiable individual, which includes information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person.
This policy applies to information we collect, use, or disclose about you:
This policy does not apply to personal data collected by third-party websites or publishers, except to the extent you are directed to JuicyAds-controlled properties or we collect information directly through JuicyAds-controlled endpoints described in this policy.
The Service may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, services, social networks, or applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow the third party to collect or share data about you. If you follow a link to a third-party website or engage a third-party plugin, please note that these third parties have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. We do not control these third-party websites, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices for collecting, processing, and storing your information. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this policy. Where we rely on consent for certain processing activities, we will obtain your consent as required by applicable law. We may change this policy on one or more occasions (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this Service after we make changes indicates that you accept and consent to those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates. We will notify you in advance of any material changes to this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent to any new ways that we collect, use, or disclose your personal data.
Data We Collect About You
We collect and use several types of data from and about you, including:
If we combine or connect non-personal, demographic, or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal data.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you do not provide that data when requested, we might not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
How We Collect Data About You
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:
Cookies and Automatic Data Collection Technologies
Our Service may use cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar technologies, including limited device storage technologies (such as local storage), to help the site function correctly, improve performance, and understand how visitors use our Service. These cookies operate only on JuicyAds-controlled properties, such as juicyads.com.
Cookies used on our Service may help us:
JuicyAds does not place cookies or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking. JuicyAds may use limited technical measures (which may include device storage mechanisms) solely for essential security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. Ad delivery on publisher sites otherwise relies on limited technical information automatically transmitted by browsers as part of the ad-request process.
You may refuse or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may cause portions of our Service to function improperly. Where required by law (such as in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you can manage cookie preferences through the cookie banner presented on your first visit. Certain essential cookies and device storage technologies used for security and abuse prevention may be necessary for the Service to function and may not be subject to opt-out where permitted by law.
Cookies on Publisher Websites
JuicyAds does not place cookies or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking. JuicyAds may use limited technical measures (which may include device storage mechanisms) solely for essential security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. When an advertisement is delivered, we receive only limited technical information automatically transmitted by the browser or device as part of the ad-request process. This information is used solely to deliver the advertisement, detect fraud, ensure network integrity, and produce aggregated performance reporting.
Publishers or third parties integrated into their websites may use their own cookies or tracking technologies. JuicyAds does not control these technologies and does not receive data collected through them. Any such cookies are governed by the publisher’s own privacy and cookie policies.
JuicyAds does not engage in behavioral advertising, does not track users across websites, and does not build profiles based on browsing history.
Managing Cookies on Publisher Websites
JuicyAds does not set cookies or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking as part of its ad delivery services. JuicyAds may use limited technical measures (which may include device storage mechanisms) solely for essential security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. Any cookies or tracking technologies that appear on a publisher’s website are controlled by the publisher or third parties integrated into their site, and are governed by their respective privacy and cookie policies.
If you wish to manage or disable cookies placed by a publisher or other third parties, you may do so through your browser settings or by using the consent tools provided on the publisher’s website, where required by law.
Because JuicyAds does not use cookies or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking, we do not offer cookie opt-outs or preference tools for publisher-site advertising. Essential security measures (such as fraud prevention and rate limiting) are not used for advertising purposes and may not be subject to opt-out where permitted by law.
Web Beacons and Similar Technologies
Our Service may use web beacons or similar small electronic objects (such as clear gifs or pixel tags) to help us understand Service traffic, measure the effectiveness of Service content, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems.
JuicyAds does not deploy web beacons, pixel tags, or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking. JuicyAds may use limited technical measures solely for essential security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. Any such technologies present on a publisher’s site are controlled by the publisher or third parties integrated into their website, and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Web beacons used on our Service do not collect personal data on their own, but they may work together with cookies placed on your device when you visit JuicyAds-controlled properties. These technologies are not used to track users across websites or to build behavioral profiles.
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Publisher websites that display JuicyAds advertisements may contain content or technologies provided by third parties, such as advertisers, analytics services, hosting providers, or other integrations chosen by the publisher. These third parties may use their own cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect information about interactions with the publisher’s website or with the third party’s content.
JuicyAds does not place cookies or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking, and does not have access to data collected through third-party technologies operating on those sites. JuicyAds may use limited technical measures (which may include device storage mechanisms) solely for essential security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. JuicyAds does not track users across websites, does not engage in behavioral advertising, and does not build profiles based on browsing activity.
Any data collection performed by third parties on publisher websites—including cookies, pixels, or scripts—is governed by the publisher’s and the third party’s own privacy and cookie policies. JuicyAds does not control these technologies and does not determine how any data collected by those third parties is used.
If you have questions about technologies used on a publisher website or about a specific third-party advertisement, please contact the publisher or the relevant third-party provider directly.
Because JuicyAds does not use cookies or similar technologies on publisher websites for advertising targeting, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking, there are no JuicyAds cookie opt-outs or preference tools applicable to publisher-site advertising. Essential security measures (such as fraud prevention and rate limiting) are not used for advertising purposes and may not be subject to opt-out where permitted by law.
